When should I recondition my columns? and at what temperature? |
|||
Conditioning of the columns should occur during the GC's initial setup, when you have witnessed merging of peaks or sporadic peaks start to appear. Also, note for optimal results run a carrier bypass sample during the conditioning.
Proper Temperatures for Conditioning:RCP: 185 -195 °C
